Three Ability System

The 3A System, also known as the Three Ability System, offers an innovative and slimmed-down micro-RPG-system that only requires three abilities to create characters. Designed with solo and co-op play in mind, this system places an emphasis on story-telling and role-playing, while striving to make combat quick, simultaneous, and potentially deadly. Unlike "hero adventure" systems, the 3A System is designed with stealth, infiltration, and heist-style campaigns in mind. Where characters could explore dark dungeons, break into embassies, and rob banks in search of scrolls, classified information, and other valuable items. If you're looking for a unique and dynamic RPG system, the 3A System may be the perfect choice for your campaign!

We encourage the community to test, remix, add, subtract, and implement their own changes that best suit their gaming sessions. We want the community to adapt different or all aspects of the rules to their own homebrew or modified adventures from other systems. Some great storytelling has already been created by wonderful artists and authors. We encourage using this system to help bring your stories and the community’s stories to life.
